Google Cloud Platform identified the root cause of degraded performance and is actively working to implement a resolution.

We received system alerts of degraded performance in our cloud services such as Google Cloud Platform. Multiple cloud services, including those outside of Reprise, are affected.

We are investigating root cause and monitoring third party service reports.
